Alexandria Va Property Appraiser Where Is The Safest Place To Live With Metro Access To Alexandria, VA?

Where is the safest place to live with Metro Access to Alexandria, VA? - alexandria va property appraiser

I moved my family from a nice area of San Diego, CA Arlington, VA. I can not see the area before signing a lease. Sure, we need a little help in choosing the spot is a place to live.

1. We pay up to $ 2,000 per month for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home.
2. I travel for a job in Alexandria, VA and Metro will not only live within walking distance of work.
3. Need a good School District Elementary School.
4. A no tolerance for personal use or crimes against property.

Which areas meet this criterion?

I am confused .. Moving to Arlington or Alexandria? Want to move close to work? What street is your new job is in?
Kingstown is a part of Alexandria, which is really nice and very close to the subway.
Fairfax County Schools is the best in Virginia.
Now that you've clarified: if at Kingstown --- I still think is their choice. There is a huge Towne Center, where they play live bands in the warm months in the nights of Friday and a farmers' market. You have a movie theater, Starbucks, Noodles & Co., Panera, and much more. If you can afford to live .. Your best choice ... Very close to subway .. :-)

What you can do is a real estate site (Long & Foster) are great here, if you try to put Spencer Marker, is a backdoor on the MLS system so you can see houses in Northern VA in the comfort of their own home. Some of them even have virtual tours. When they reach the area, you can arrange for an agent you want to show and move the rental properties. The agents have extensive experience in areas that are good against evil and able to adapt to their needs.
