Will my exericse plan get my results? - what is a twisted disk
At 5 weeks, I must lose 3 clothes sizes.
My plan
# Walk in the morning, 2 hours / PowerWalker / Jog (intervals)
# 30 minutes later, jumping rope min 30, followed by the spinning disc (for the diagonal)
This is combined with a little fat - low carb
I am unemployed, so I'm home all day to know about me, what do you think of my work
